- Plaid: For winner verification only (identity verification, no data stored permanently)
- Twilio: SMS delivery service for daily text reminders
- Google reCAPTCHA: For spam and bot prevention

- Calculate leaderboard rankings

4.1 We DO NOT Sell Your Data
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

- Twilio: To send text messages (they only see your phone number and message content)
- Plaid: Only when you win a prize and need identity verification (temporary, not stored)
- Partner Credit Unions: Only if you explicitly opt-in to their services
- Law Enforcement: If required by law or to protect rights and safety
4.3 Public Information
The following may be visible to other users:
- Your username (if you choose to set one)
- Your leaderboard rank
- Your total savings amount (if you enable public profile)
Your phone number is NEVER made public.

EconTeen is designed for teens aged 13-19.
We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act):
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13
- If we discover a user under 13, we will delete their account immediately
